Ashok Leyland’s authorized distributor in Nepal, IME Motors Pvt. Ltd., has launched a special festive service campaign aimed at helping customers keep their commercial vehicles in good condition during the Dashain and Tihar travel season.
The 20-day campaign, which began on September 27 and will run until October 16, 2026, is being conducted through 14 Ashok Leyland customer service centres across Nepal.
Customers in Kathmandu Valley can access the campaign at the Ashok Leyland Service Centre in Balaju. Outside the Valley, services are available at centres in Dhangadhi, Nepalgunj, Surkhet, Dang, Butwal, Chitwan, Pokhara, Hetauda, Bardibas, Jitpur, Itahari, Birtamode and Katari.
As part of the campaign, IME Motors expects to inspect and service more than 2,500 Ashok Leyland commercial vehicles. Customers will receive 100 percent discounts on brake adjustment, labour charges, bumper-to-bumper check-ups and EDC diagnostic scans.
The campaign also offers a flat 15 percent discount on selected parts and lubricants, along with special discounts on AdBlue.
The company is also conducting a BS6 Basic Training-based Driver Awareness Program for drivers. Other services, including preventive maintenance, driver training, battery checks and wiring inspections, will also be available to customers during the campaign.
With vehicle movement and commercial activity typically increasing during the festive period, IME Motors has highlighted the importance of timely inspections and preventive maintenance before undertaking long-distance journeys.
To improve accessibility for customers, the service centres will also remain operational on Saturdays throughout the campaign period.
